Altor Re Ltd, a newly established London-based brokerage founded by Raj Jadeja, has officially launched, specializing in placing insurance-linked securities (ILS) and reinsurance solutions on a global scale.

Founded in October 2024, Altor Re aims to transform the reinsurance brokerage industry by adopting data-driven methods to address the changing needs of its clients. The company combines extensive industry experience with an innovative approach to risk management.

Altor Re offers a wide range of services, including ILS, collateralized reinsurance, parametric insurance, and Industry Loss Warranties (ILWs). Additionally, the firm provides traditional reinsurance placements, such as structured treaty reinsurance (both proportional and non-proportional), customized facultative reinsurance, and retrocession.

Operating as an appointed representative of Servca Group Limited—a Lloyd’s independent broker and part of Superian Insurance Group—Altor Re Ltd is authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Founder and CEO Raj Jadeja commented, “We’re thrilled to launch Altor Re Ltd and bring a fresh perspective to the reinsurance industry. Our partnership with Servca as their appointed representative reflects our commitment to delivering innovative solutions while adhering to the highest regulatory standards. With our tagline, Your Global Partner for ILS and Reinsurance Solutions, we aspire to become a trusted partner for clients worldwide.”

Jadeja brings extensive experience in the reinsurance sector, having previously worked at AGILE Risk Partners and serving as a director of reinsurance at Reinsurance Cafe Labuan in Malaysia, with a strong focus on the Asian and London markets.

Noah Jamal, Founder and CEO of Servca, added, “We’re excited to collaborate with Raj and Altor Re. The Lloyd’s and London Market remains dynamic and full of opportunities. Our FCA Appointed Representative model enables boutique operators like Altor Re to seamlessly access the global insurance marketplace through an efficient, turn-key approach.
